Our local angler and a colorful fellow Thom Gallent took Kaylene Burright and Christian Moran out on his boat to do some striper fishing and Kaylene landed a nice 8.08 pound stripper at 28 and 1/2 inches using her brand new zebco, what a great trip. They were in the lower big bend area using anchovies. 

The first “real” striper of the season for Chay Woods, He caught two more in the 22-inch range and released them all to fight another day.

Tommy Nguyen land his stripers by the Davis dam fishing on the Nevada side this area has a very nice park and some great fishing spots.

Easy limits of Striped bass today!

Les Kern from Apple Valley California, was using a blue gill feather to land his 6.66 pound striper at 26 and 1/8 inches he was fishing by the power lines near the opening of one of the coves.
