Quick limits after a good bite on the Sacramento River today.

Spoon bite has been spectacular!

Thomas Westfall from Watsonville got the best birthday present this week. while fishing for perch, he landed this 30-inch striped bass on light gear!

Gene Tafoya was fishing in the Pala Verde area from shore using anchovies and shared his catch of a nice 3.94 pound striper at 24 and 1/2 inches.

Our local angler Willard Ashburn landed a 4.08 pound striper at 23 and 3/4 inches using a pencil popper he had just purchased from us.

Gary Regan was fishing from his boat using anchovies and landed  his 7.10 striper at 30 and 3/8 inches.

Striped bass limits for all!

Sacramento River Striped bass caught today in the Colusa area.

Patrick Paoli was using anchovies and landed these two stripers the smaller one at 4.58 pounds and 23 and 7/8 inches and the larger on was 7.38 pounds and 30 inches.

Andres Vallejos from the Fort Mohave area landed this 10.96 pound striper at 31 and 7/8 inches
