35 inches! Caught off the surf using sand crabs on a 9ft ugly stik and penn battle II

The stripe fish was caught on Sunday(10/18/2015) by Michael Han, 11-year-old, at State park, Benicia. The fish actually was being chased by a seal before Michael landed it up. Later Michael also hooked another fish(not sure if it is a salmon or a striped bass) again going after by a seal - this time seal won the battle:-) . It was a lot of fun worthy sharing..
